Betty Sloat Goslee
April 23, 1919 - July 29, 2012
Savannah- Betty Sloat Goslee, 93, died Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Azalealand Nursing Home under the care of Hospice Savannah.
She lived in Savannah all of her life and she attended and graduated from Savannah High School in 1935. She retired from St. Joseph's Hospital after fifteen years of service working in the Dietary Department. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Goslee and her daughter, Clair Phillips.
She is survived by her son-in-law, Gene Phillips, and four daughters, Betty Thomas Joseph, Lynn Gergacs, Gail Dugger Glenn and Kay Williamson Alan all of Savannah. She was blessed to have eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Abbey East with Reverend John A. Haney officiating.
